Delete your account

Request deletion of your Global Scholar AI account here, whether you use the website or mobile app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is deleted or retained?

Successful automatic deletion removes your account, profile, saved opportunities, tracked applications, alert and reminder records, preferences, and AI usage records. Analytics events remain with the account user identifier removed; this does not erase their other analytics fields.

Deletion does not cancel subscriptions or erase records held by Stripe or other service providers. Automatic deletion is subject to billing safety checks and may be unavailable. Billing-linked accounts may require support even when subscriptions are inactive. Active or otherwise unresolved billing, app-store billing, and pending or unconfirmed billing operations require support review. Administrator and reviewer accounts also require support review; audit events are not erased automatically.

Other records may be retained for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including legal obligations, disputes, and security. Contact support for the retention information applicable to your request.
